DR. CLAIRE HARDIN

Dr. Claire Hardin, DNP, FNP-C, is a highly skilled nurse practitioner at P2 Wellness.  

She began her impressive career in emergency medicine at Yale New Haven Health in Connecticut, where she honed her skills as a bedside nurse and critical care specialist for eight years. She earned her nursing degree from Yale University followed by a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.

Nathan (Nate) Lilley, PT, MPT, OCS, CSCS is a physical therapist, sports medicine practitioner, and co-owner of Evolution Physical Therapy & Fitness in the Mountain Region of Colorado.

Over 25 years in orthopedic clinical settings, specializing in non-operative and post-operative rehabilitation, injury prevention, and athletic development.
